ARE THERE CUSTOMS FEES?

There will be no custom fees charged in any of our product. Total shipping costs are paid at the time of your order. All products are valued appropriately to exclude any additional custom fees.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED? 

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Some products may be subject to longer processing time due to the product being hand-crafted. 

In these cases please up allow 4-7 days for order processing before your order is shipped.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
